Denise Smith

Denise L. Smith, 59, passed away peacefully with her children and best friend by her side on Wednesday, September 20, 2023. Denise was born October 8, 1963, a daughter to the late Marshall and Barbara Smith.

Denise had many passions, including barrel racing when she was younger. She grew up with horses and her love for animals never stopped. Denise appreciated the beauty of Native American culture and art. She collected wind chimes and pieces of jewelry with turquoise stones.

She enjoyed listening to music and attending live concerts. She was always ready to take spontaneous trips with her children, as she loved traveling. They explored many places as a family, Vermont being Denise’s favorite.

She was someone who would never give up and fought for what she believed in. Denise was determined and stubborn, which gave her the strength to fight her battle with cancer for over 10 years. Despite her tough side, she had a loveable and magnetic personality. She was impressively selfless, thoughtful and brave, and will surely be missed by those who had gotten the chance to meet her.

Denise leaves behind her children Danielle Noll of Saint Albans, VT and William Noll of Monroe, CT, her two sisters Dana Rowe and Sandra Pacifici, her best friend Patricia Cirillo, and her fur-grandchildren Bello, Winston, and Tiffer.
