Sylvia M. Brewer, 86, of Waterbury, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, January 27, 2023 with her family by her side.
Sylvia was born on November 29, 1936 in Linneus, Maine, one of ten children of the late Lottie (Woodcock) and Miles Folsom. Sylvia grew up in Maine and as a young girl enjoyed being outdoors, picking potatoes and riding horses. Sylvia had a warm and caring heart and was a loving mother to her two children. In addition to her parents, Skippy is predeceased by her young son Mark Brewer, as well as her eight siblings.
