Stephen R Ruth

Stephen R. Ruth, 77, of Waterbury, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Stephen was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania on December 6, 1945, a son of the late Richard Ruth and Betty Jane.

Stephen and his wife Mary shared 54 years of marriage and spent a wonderful 60 years together. They shared joy in doing things together like remodeling their home, vacationing and driving his rig across country as an owner/operator.

Stephen retired after 17 years working in the transportation industry as a trucker. He was always trying to fix and build things. He enjoyed doing a little bit of everything, including carpentry. He was also the president of his complex association. He enjoyed helping anyone that might need his help.

Stephen leaves behind his loving wife Mary (Onerato) Ruth and his daughter Pamela Ruth.
