Jose A. Guzman

Jose A. Guzman, 45, of Waterbury passed away on February 24, 2023.  He was born April 8, 1977 in Ponce, Puerto Rico.  Jose was the son of Antonio Guzman and Judith Medina DeJesus.

Jose enjoyed joking, laughing and dancing with friends and family.  He leaves to cherish his love and memory his parents Antonio and Judith as well as his daughter Ashley N. Guzman of Waterbury and sons Yandel Guzman and Alexis Guzman all of Waterbury.  Jose was a proud grandfather.  He treasured time with his grandchildren Aiden, Josiah and Carson.  Jose is also survived by his brothers Jose Rodriguez, Luisito Guzman, Carlos Guzman and Alexander Guzman as well many cousins and friends.

Friends and family are invited to visit with Jose’s family on Sunday March 5, 2023 from 3 pm to 5 pm at Prospect Memorial/ The Palmerie Family Funeral Home, 122 Waterbury Rd., Prospect.  A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, March 6, 2023 at 11:30 am at Prospect Memorial.  Burial will immediately follow services at All Saints Cemetery, 203 Spring Lake Rd., Waterbury
