Chance Joshua Dubich

Infant Chance Joshua Dubich passed away on August 14, 2021 at CT Children’s Hospital in Hartford.

He was born on July 31, 2021 son of Stephen and Melissa (Rodriguez) Dubich.

Besides his parents, Chance is survived by a sister Kayleigh Dubich and a brother Seth Dubich, paternal grandmother Gayle Alfson and maternal grandparents Rene and Mildred Rodriguez, aunts and uncles Elizabeth Rave, Steven Rodriguez, Ashley Thomas, and Kevin Thomas, along with three cousins Logan, Hailey and Lola.

He was predeceased by a brother Liam Dubich and paternal grandfather Charles Dubich.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and other medical staff at Connecticut Children's Medical Center and Hartford Hospital for their dedication, diligence, professionalism, and for caring so much for Chance and them during their time there.

The funeral will be held at 11 am on Friday, August 20, 2021 at the Prospect Memorial Funeral Home/Palmerie Family Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Road, Prospect. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
