Barbara A. (Lockwood) Gallagi, 63, of Waterbury died unexpectedly at St. Mary’s Hospital on Monday, March 1, 2021. She was the beloved wife of Lawrence Gallagi for over 30 years. Barbara was born April 8, 1957 in Stamford, CT a daughter of William and Frederica (Pastore) Lockwood.

Barbara was an accounts receivable clerk for many years, her work precise and valued by her employer. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Barbara’s hobbies were collecting crystal and couponing. Her family was the joy of her life

Besides her husband Larry, and parents, Barbara is survived by her son Shawn Kancyr, four sisters and brothers; David and William Lockwood and Chrisdeann Malizia and Laurie Canavari and four grandchildren. Barbara was predeceased by her son Richard Kancyr
